I truly believe that awareness is the greatest agent for change, and am committed to helping readers and clients heighten their awareness of their eating habits, and the effect it has on their health and the environment in order to take effective steps towards making lasting change.

My approach emphasizes increased intake in plant-based foods and a decreased intake in animal products to achieve both management of medical condition and weight loss.
